AB Modern

I started with AB Modern as an Intern and then was hired as an Interior Designer. AB Modern deals with both High-end Residential and Commercial clients. Working with a smaller team allows me the opportunity to learn and gain insight across the board through budgets, conception, furniture space planning, detailed drawings, and 3-D Renderings. 

Duties Include:

• Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation across 1-10 projects

• Create technical construction documentations of floor plans, elevations, and details

• Specify and source project finish selections, furniture, and materials

• Budgeting and creating estimates for furniture, fixtures, and equipment

• Render and create 3D models with Sketchup and Enscape

• Create client presentations using the Adobe Suite

• Manage Social Medias

• Calculate and estimate cladding, soffit, and screening materials

• High-end Residential and Commercial clientele
