As a Design Associate, I helped walk-in clients as well as customers that I had established through previous projects. Over 40 hours of specialized training regarding fabrics, upholstery, and drapery with industry and company experts was spent. 

Customers were assisted through:

• Estimates of fabric for various projects

• Quotes for upholstery pieces, functioning and stationary drapery, top treatments

• Planning and designing all fabric in a room or home

• Coordinating fabric with accent fabrics, hardware, and trims as well as other room elements.
